Food

We (well, probably I) decided it would be a good idea to get a list together of what we'd like to see on the buffet table so that if/when we talk to a caterer we have something for them to work from. Sorry, this will be mostly in Norwegian.

- potetsalat
- köttbullar
- kylling (vinger og/eller lår)
- eggerøre
- laks (gravet/røket - liker ingen av delene, men vet gjestene gjør)
- waldorf salat uten valnøtter
- samosa/pakora
- grønn salat (uten tomater - kanskje tomatsalat for alle de sære menneskene som liker sånt?)
- fiskekaker
- råkost (gulrot og kålrot - til fiskekakene)
- krabbe (om mulig å få nyfanget)
- mini-kebab-ting?
- brød av diverse slag
- couscoussalat (gjerne à la Jamie Oliver, men med oliven i stedet for tomater)
